‘The Swing’ is currently the only design to include a windsurf style line for you to hook into with your harness to ease the strain on your arms. F-One claim it’s a vital addition once you’re comfortable on the foil and wanting to pound your way upwind after catching wave after wave. This equates to more time on the water, with more energy that can be funnelled towards chasing the next swell.

This four handle wing comes in two colour variations and four sizes, from 2.5 to 6 metre, providing ample options to suit any rider and conditions.

Now, there’s some confusion surrounding the name. Is it a combination of Surf and Wing. Or is it named the ‘Swing’ after the swing-like motion that works like a power boost to get you up on the foil? Either way, this bit of kit is a lot of fun and it will certainly bring foiling to a lot of people who would otherwise never have had the pleasure.
